What are ShadowBox Frames? 

ShadowBox frames give extra depth and a premium look to the artwork. They are made of a thicker frame and have a space between the glass and the photograph.

ShadowBox frames are available in Australia only. 

Can I purchase prints and frames outside Australia?

Unframed prints of all sizes are available worldwide.

Classic frames (size A4, A3, M & L) are available in the USA, Canada, UK and most of Europe. XL frames are only available in Australia. 

We use local photo labs around the world to reduce shipping time and cost. This is also part of creating a more sustainable business. 

We print to local standard sizes. See table below. 

Our prints include a white border, and we don't use mats around the artwork. The listed sizes are for the print itself, including this border. Note that if you opt for a framed print, the overall dimensions will be larger due to the frame, which varies in thickness from 2 to 3cm based on the print size.

For orders in the UK, USA, Canada, or Europe, we collaborate with local photo labs for printing and framing, ensuring faster delivery.

Please note, Premium ShadowBox frames and XL framed prints are exclusive to our Australian customers.

SHIPPING TIME WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Shipping within Australia varies on the destination. All prints and framed prints are shipped from Sydney with Australia Post or Amarex. Delivery can vary from 1-2 days for Sydney metro to 1-2 weeks for WA or remote areas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unframed prints of all sizes are available worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any taxes and duties imposed by your country’s government. If your order is subject to these taxes/duties, they will not appear on your Australia Unseen receipt but will be presented and collected by the parcel carrier at time of delivery. If you refuse to pay taxes/duties your parcel will be returned to us and you may be charged for the return shipment costs.
