RETURNS POLICY

 

Non-returnable products: Custom-made prints and frames, sale items and gift cards

Please note that all fine art prints and frames are made to order, per the size and dimensions listed on each product page. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges on these custom-made items. We want you to be satisfied with your new purchase, so please check the product description and measurements carefully and get in touch if you have any questions about your purchase.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at vincent@australiaunseen.com.

 

Refunds and exchanges on all other items due to change of mind

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note there are two steps to this process. First, to start a return, you can contact us at vincent@australiaunseen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Second, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If you want to exchange to a different item, the fastest way will be to make a new purchase for the item you would like instead; however, you may wish to wait until we have accepted your return, received your original item and the initial refund has been approved.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made items, sale items or gift cards.
