Shipping policy

TO AUSTRALIA:
- PRINTS
Free shipping Australia-wide.
Each print is made on order. It takes 5-7 business days to produce and ship.
Express Shipping is available at checkout. It usually takes 3-4 business days to produce and ship.
We also ship rolled prints internationally via Australia Post. (See below)

- FRAMES
Free shipping Australia-wide. *
Each frame is hand-made on order and takes 6-9 business days to produce and ship.
Express Shipping is available at checkout. It usually takes 4-5 business days to produce and ship. .

*Sorry, at the moment we only ship framed prints to NSW, QLD, TAS, and VIC.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (rolled prints only)
- USA: Free shipping. We use a local printer to facilitate the process. You order will be processed and shipped within the USA within 3-4 working days.

- UK: We use a local printer in London to facilitate the process. You order will be processed and shipped within the UK within 3-4 working days. Shipping to the UK costs AUD30.

- Rest of the world: International shipping costs AUD50. It takes 7-9 business days to produce and ship. Shipping time may vary depending on the destination. International customers are responsible for any taxes and duties imposed by your country’s government. If your order is subject to these taxes/duties, they will not appear on your Australia Unseen receipt but will be presented and collected by the parcel carrier at time of delivery. If you refuse to pay taxes/duties your parcel will be returned to us and you may be charged for the return shipment costs.

In some instances, printing may be done in the country of residence to simplify processes and reduce production times.

PRODUCTION DELAYS
Delays with our printer can happen during busy times of the year such as Christmas. Please get in touch if you need a product for a specific time.
